Categories drive the filter dropdown on the Components page and the Excel import mapping. Categories can be grouped under a master category (e.g. "Consumables" master → "DP Consumables", "SF Consumables") so you can filter by the master to see all children at once. Leave "Parent" empty to create a master. Import matches by code or name (case-insensitive).

Voice Routing — Configure how inbound calls to your Twilio numbers are routed. Assign each number to a default team (fallback when no IVR is used) and an AMT site (drives business-hours decisions for in-hours vs voicemail).

When ON, inbound calls and new tickets only route to agents currently set to Available in their presence pill. When OFF, the legacy fse_team_members.is_available + leave check is used (presence ignored).
